**Women’s Wholesome Wellness Workshops Begin at Northeast Spruill Oaks Library**

The Northeast Spruill Oaks Library is now offering a new monthly program designed to promote healthy living through Lifestyle Medicine. The “Women’s Wholesome Wellness” workshop series will be hosted by Life Coach Sona Tank. These sessions will take place on the third Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

During the interactive two-hour workshops, attendees will explore the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine and learn practical ways to incorporate them into their everyday lives. This program provides an opportunity for women to gain valuable insights into achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The program is part of the Fulton County Library System’s initiative to enhance community health education. Interested participants can follow updates or learn more through the library’s social media platforms on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram under @fulcolibrary. This recurring event is free to the public and focuses on empowering women with tools and knowledge for wellness and self-care.
