Maricopa County launches patriotic pet campaign; waives adoption fees for large dogs

Dateline: MARICOPA COUNTY, Ariz. — This summer, stars, stripes and slobbery smiles are on full display, according to Maricopa County officials.

From now through June 29, residents are invited to submit photos of their pets rocking red, white and blue for a chance to be featured on Maricopa County’s social media. Submissions are welcome at Maricopa.gov/America250.
